Reservation policy :
For room’s reservation :
At the moment of the reservation we ask you your credit card number;
you credit card will be used only at the end of your stay.
Cancellations :
No cost will be applied for cancellations made 1 month or more
before the arrival date.
The costs of 30% will be invoiced for any cancellation made between
1 month and 15 days before the arrival date.
The costs of 50% will be invoiced if the cancellation is made between
14 days and 2 days before the arrival date.
The costs of 75% will be applied if the cancellation is made the
day before your arrival.
The total amount will be deducted if the cancellation is made the
day of your arrival.
If we rent your room for the period of your cancelled reservation,
we will re-pay you the amount deducted from your payment card.
This reservation policy is not applied for holiday packages reservations.
For holiday packages reservations :
Deposit of 50% is necessary to confirm your reservation ( not repayable

Cancellations :
We do not accept any cancellation for the reservations of holiday
